Can you submit your CV and reference letters when applying?

No, but with one exception. You can’t submit a curriculum vitae (CV) when applying for medicine or dentistry, and in most cases you can’t submit reference letters either—the exception to this is James Cook University (JCU), which allows you to submit up to three reference letters along with your written application. (Check out this article for more information about the JCU written application.)
